"Hi, my name is Brad. I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the service I received from The Problem Solvers. During the holidays, I always have lots of family and friends over and every one brings their favorite dish. This year a friend of mine made a cheesy broccoli casserole. I’m not sure what kind of cheese she used, but it turned into cement in my drain. I called a bunch of companies who said they had 24hr service, but with no luck. I was nervous that no one would answer the phones again because it was a holiday, but when I called The Problem Solvers number, it referred me to the emergency number and a nice lady answer the phone. She seemed to sincerely sympathize with the inconvenience of having a house full of people and a backed up sink. She told me she’d get a hold of the technician and he’d be heading my way shortly. When he arrived in his big blue truck, he even asked permission to enter my home. He explained what the problem was in words that I could easily understand considering I am not in this line of work. He outlined how much the work would cost ahead of time to ensure there were no surprises. Finally, he explained how important preventative maintenance is so that problems like this are caught before they cause a bigger problem. I will definitely be calling your company in the future."

We had an emergency with our hot water heater, called Problem Solvers even though we had never used them. Tim Arrived less than two hours later and fixed the problem. We have had Tim out again on another plumbing problem and have had him also to work on our air conditioner. All work was performed promptly, professionally, quickly and very cleanly. We are very happy with our yearly maintenance contract that we signed with The Problem Solvers that has them come out in the spring to ‘tune up’ our are conditioner and in the fall to “tune up” our furnace."

I can honestly say that your company and staff are some of the best I have had the honor to deal with. I called on a Sunday because I had no heat, as did many other people on one of the coldest days of the year, and unlike a lot of companies that I have dealt with in the past I did not feel like I was just another call that they had to deal with. When I called into the emergency number, the dispatcher made me feel like the most important person she talked to that day. Then when the technician came to my house, he took the time to explain everything that was needed to get my heat running correctly instead of just giving me a price and rushing through the job.
