Maintenance on any home can add up to frustration and money. A Service Prevention Plan (SPP) is a preventive maintenance program covering the different systems in your home. With our program you get the benefits listed below and we get to service your home maintenance during our slower times. SPPs are automatically renewawable every year. You have the option of paying for it upfront or monthly.
Just like dental or medical preventive care, your systems also benefit from regular check-ups. It is proven, that you WILL enjoy longer life and less problems with an SPP for your home systems. That saves you money…lots of money!
Your SPP Membership Benefits
Priority Service
TPS Service Partner Plan (SPP) members get priority scheduling over non-members, for both regular SPP members get priority scheduling over non-members, for both regular and emergency service. On those cold, hot or rainy days, this benefit is priceless.
Discounts
s a SPP member you get discounted pricing up to 15% on all work we perform in your home. Although the big benefit of a preventive maintenance is “Peace of Mind” saving a few dollars doesn’t hurt.
No Emergency After Hours Fees
Non–members are charged a non-refundable fee to come out after hours and holidays. These fees are based on past history with our company. As a SPP member you are charged our standard everyday fees no matter if it is after hours or a holiday.
“No Remembering” Scheduling
SIn today’s crazy fast paced world, not having to remember some things is a good thing. With our program we remind you. We will send out a postcard first and follow up with calls, reminding you what needs to be done.
Transferrable
his program is not like the big box stores programs that say for the original buyer only. If you move and are still with in our service area, you can take this program to your new home. If you move outside of our service area, you can transfer the remaining balance to the new homeowner. Any home buyer would see added valve to the home.
Our Promise
If for any reason we need to return to your home to fix something that is part of our program, we will apply that year’s SPP investment toward the repair. We know that everyone at The Problem Solvers are the best and this is just one way we prove it

Our SPP members will receive exclusive specials each quarter or more often. These specials will only be available to active SPP members. These specials will range from coupons to free services. We feel that loyalty goes both directions.
SPP Extra Benefit
For each consecutive year that you maintain your SPP program, you will receive a $50 credit toward the replacement of a new system. This is our way of saying thank you. (Plan must be maintained for consecutive years. If there is a gap in coverage all credits will be forfeits).
Warranty
All of our work comes with a one year warranty. This is four times what the average service company offers. (The average warranty is 90 day). We know that everyone at The Problem Solvers are the best and this is just one way we prove it!

Tune-up Options
- Drains (1 point)
Most people don’t think about their drain lines until they are backing up and making a stinky smelly mess. Our drain program solves most of these problems. We will cable snake your main drain (Normal access to clean-out required) and visually inspect it with our camera. We will also chemically (Bio Enzyme) treat your indoor drains.
1 trip a year.
- Plumbing (2 points)
The only thing worse than having to take a cold shower is not being able to take a shower, due to no water. How about waking up to a house that is flooded with water. The plumbing in your home needs maintenance just like most things in life. Our Plumbing program covers most of the items in your home that can and will add stress to your life. We flush the water heater, check the pumps and treat the pits, perform a water test for hardness and clean the aerators (part of the faucets), test all the valves for complete shut off, and much – much more. Every home is different and each tech can go over a program for your home. 1 trip a year.
- Furnace (1 point)
When people think about heat in their homes they think of the thermostat and not the furnace. We call it the out of sight – out of mind problem. Your home including your furnace need regular maintenance just like your car. With our furnace program we have you covered. Our tune up includes the cleaning of the furnace. We go through every section of your furnace to insure proper operation and safety. We make any needed adjustments to insure the highest efficiency and life. Every tune up includes a carbon monoxide check. 1 trip per year.

- Cooling (1 point)
Murphy’s Law says that your air will go out on the hottest day of the year if it is neglected. People don’t think about it till the sweat and heat are keeping them up all night. Being comfortable is also peace of mind. With our cooling program we offer that peace of mind. Our tune up includes everything to get your unit running as close to perfect as possible. We also clean & wax the outdoor unit to insure proper airflow, operation and life of your system. We will top off the freon up to ½ pounds. 1 trip a year
- Heat Pump (2 points)
Just like a standard air conditioner system, heat pumps require regular maintenance as well. This Any one, who has owned a heat pump, knows that the cooling is normal but the heat is ab-normal. These systems can be costly to operate when they are not running up to par. Heat pumps have a lot of extra bells and whistles and the newer the system the more it has. Our heat pump program has a lot to offer. We check both the indoor and outdoor system to insure that all the different systems are operating up to par. Out technicians go through the system very closely to make sure that you and your family are safe. We make any adjustments so that we can tweak the system for efficiency. With these systems you the homeowner needs to know how to regulate the thermostat so you save the most money and life expectancy of the system, our technicians will teach you this. 2 trips a year
- Boiler (2 points)
Most people in this area have no idea what a boiler is. If you are one of the lucky one’s you know how well it heats your home. Boilers can be the most comfortable and efficient heating systems, but they also can be the worst nightmare in your home. If you don’t maintain these systems they can do a lot of damage to your home and drain your wallet. With our boiler program we can eliminate this concern and give you peace of mind. We will go through your system and insure that it is running at its peak and that all the controls and safeties are functioning correctly. We will clean the boiler and surrounding area. Our program goes one step further and we flush the liquid side of the system. 1 trip a year
- Electrical (1 point)
What is the one thing in your home that is taking for granted? The thing that runs 99% of your home, that’s right electricity! The electrical system is over looked when it comes to maintenance, but here are some facts; 1. Over 70% of home fires are caused by electrical systems, 2. Over 80% of homeowners fear it, 3. In today’s world over 99% of everything runs on electricity. Our electrical program is a must for everyone. With our program we will clean, inspect and test your breaker box. All of your outlets, switch’s, lights and fans will be checked. We also test the circuits for proper grounding and operation, along with any GFCI. This is not a program that you should be with out for your home’s safety and everyone who lives there. 1 trip per year
