Tim Walsh
General Manager & Owner

Tim started the company in 1998 with two missions: to exceed the customers expectations and to provide a place to make a good living. Today, Tim has accomplished both missions, making his company one of the preferred compaines in the Dayton area to call for service - and also a great place to work! Tim's extensive background in the Air Force prepared him for the journey. Although it hasn't always been easy, Tim never lost focus of his primary missions. Tim and his wife have two sons.

Wendi W.
Customer Service Specialist

Wendi bings that personal touch to the company. She has been with the company for more than a decade. Her goal is to make sure every customer is completely satisfied.  In her spare time she enjoys online computer games like Farmville and bowling. Wendi is a great asset not only to the company, but to anyone who calls us.

Tammy S.
Field coordinator

As our field coordinator, Tammy's job is to make sure that communications between office staff and technicians in the field run smoothly. She does a remarkable job. Tammy has the drive to get things completed and she can see the big picture of what is going on which makes her a positive force in the company.

Christina M.
Customer Service 

Christina is the kind of person who sees a need and then works to find a solution. She trained herself in how to fulfill all of the office positions, which makes her a hugely valuable team member. It also makes her the perfect person to close out our second shift. If you have a problem after hours, Christina will have no problem taking care of you.

Randy B
Technician

Randy has been with the company for eight years and he is our version of the Energizer Bunny. When Randy takes on a job for a customer, you can count on him to get it done quickly and completely. He also has a special knack for truly listening to customers and then helping them get exactly what they need. Randy and his wife have two sons.

Tom M
Technician

Tom is a take-charge field technician. He has a great technical skill set and he goes into every job ready to get it done and make sure that his customer is completely satisfied. Tom doesn't leave his tool belt at work - he loves fixing things with his son.

Tim D
Technician

Tim's easygoing personality is always welcome, but especially by customers who are in the middle of a home system breakdown crisis. He knows how to reassure customers and then sets to work getting things back into working order. Tim has two beautful daughters.

Tim M
Warehouse

You won't see Tim out in the field. We need him too much in our warehouse where he has helped us streamline our functions so that we have dramatically improved response time for customers and are better equipped to meet their needs. Tim is the first person at The Problem Solvers to hold this position, and he took charge of it right away. When he's not keeping our warehouse running like a well-tuned machine, Tim likes riding his motorcycle - which, if we know Tim, is probably also well tuned.

Steve W.
Service Manager / Trainer

Steve's decade of experience has taught him what it takes to make sure our customer service goals are not just met but exceeded. And since our number one goal is superb customer service, this makes him a great asset to our entire team - and to all of our customers. His positive attitude makes him an excellent trainer, helping our field technicians get a complete understanding of the way we do things at The Problem Solvers. Steve and his wife have two boys.
